What this site is
Lodestat is a public-records reference. We publish certified heat pump ratings and the terms of rebate programs, each with its source and the date we checked it. We are not an installer, a contractor, a utility or a government program.
Verify before you spend
Program rules and amounts change without notice, and a figure can be right on the day we checked it and wrong the day you read it. Before you sign anything, confirm the numbers with the program and the contractor. The rebate administrator decides what you get, not us.
No professional advice
Nothing on the site is tax, legal or engineering advice. Sizing a heat pump is the installer’s job, done at your house.
Trademarks
Manufacturer and program names on the site belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any of them.
